INSPIRE
INSPIRE
Inspire will have seven floors of 2,600 m² each, plus a series of indoor and outdoor spaces to encourage meetings and exchanges. It will be La Défense's first wood-frame building and will be completed in 2024. The building will be perfectly in line with Paris La Défense's new ambitions to become a low-carbon business district.
The building will be surrounded by a magnificent 340-m² green space, a source of well-being and relaxation. About thirty trees will be planted to combat heat islands.
For the Inspire project, AZA will produce block curtain walls, cap curtain walls (atrium and ground floor), ventilated cladding, glass balustrades, steel balconies, and exterior blinds.
With its crown shape, Inspire will have a monumental atrium at its center. Architect Anthony Béchu wanted the building to have a majestic entrance and an atrium designed to be the building's nerve center: a place to meet and socialize. The architectural intent of the envelope is to develop in a curvilinear fashion, alternating balconies and friezes of different thicknesses in its vertical design.
On the ground floor of the building, a fitness center and a brasserie will complete the range of services.
In terms of infrastructure, the building includes a raised ground floor and two basement floors that house a delivery area, 235 parking spaces, a dedicated electric parking lot, 120 motorcycle parking spaces, and a 338-m² bicycle storage area.
A controlled carbon footprint
Inspire aims to have a low carbon footprint. The building's structure is made of wood from ecologically managed forests with established thermal, hygrometric and acoustic properties. The building aims for triple environmental certification: HQE Bâtiments Durables, BREEAM and OSMOZ, a certification focused on the living environment. At the same time, it also aims for two labels: the E+C- label with an E2C1 level and the BBC Effinergie label.
A world designed around conviviality
The offices are designed to encourage flex-office and will offer green spaces for employees, wide staircases with landings for informal exchanges, and a duplex corporate restaurant. The building's lobby will feature a snack bar and juice bar. The rooftop terrace will also be a meeting place, with a 2,500 m² area open to the outside world.
