Located at 21-30 44 Drive, Long Island City, NY, 11101, COURT represents the next step in the extraordinary evolution of Long Island City. This building, located on 44th Drive, offers a modern aesthetic with precise yet welcoming finishes designed to simplify, sophisticate, and inspire urban living.
CORTE is a bold, modern building by Argentine architects Dieguez Fridman and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle. Its three-dimensional facade, wrapped in a Curtain Wall, looks like a game of overlapping boxes, capturing the eye and the imagination.
CORTE is also an oasis of tranquility and comfort, surrounded by landscaped gardens and equipped with a rich amenity package. On the roof deck you can enjoy the sun, stars and barbecue, while in the indoor lounge you can socialize, work or relax with a book and a glass of wine. COURT also offers you a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a children's playroom, and parking for sale.
COURTESY is a building wrapped in full-height glass walls that create a cascade of "jewel box"-style projections. To create this three-dimensional facade, 35,900 square feet of glass were required, carefully designed and fabricated. The projecting units, reminiscent of modern bow windows, give movement and dynamism to the building, without sacrificing clean, elegant design.
The opening parts blend seamlessly with the glazed surface without interrupting its harmony. CORTE is a symbol of contemporary elegance, an architectural masterpiece that transforms the cityscape of Long Island City
