The Scription Union Tower is not only an aesthetic masterpiece, but also an example of innovation and sustainability. Layered curtain walls, supported by an externally invisible steel substructure, give the building a unique character. The beveled glass corner with composite panel cladding catches the eye, while concrete panels along the secondary facade of the parking lot create an eye-catching color variation.

Functionality and sustainability are at the heart of the project: the roof of the parking lot was transformed into an outdoor space using Astroturf, a synthetic grass-like material that is not only maintenance-free but also has cooling properties, ideal for Accra's hot and sunny climate. In addition, the facility houses more than 700 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor, including restaurants, cafes, and stores, while offices span nine floors, providing modern and efficient spaces for business activities.
