LakePoint Towers consists of two imposing towers, 11 and 10 stories respectively, rising majestically above the Lagos skyline. Located along 4th Avenue, within Banana Island, this architectural complex offers an innovative and creative space to host high-end commercial activities. The towers' prime location overlooking the water makes them a prominent landmark from the mainland, giving them an impressive presence in the cityscape.
The design of LakePoint Towers was carefully studied to ensure brightness and transparency. The curtain walls, featuring large, highly reflective windows, maximize the entry of natural light into the buildings, creating a bright and welcoming environment inside. This not only improves the comfort of the occupants, but also gives the towers a modern and essential style, turning them into a true symbol of the city.
With a total area of about 14,000 square meters, LakePoint Towers is not only a center for commercial activities, but also includes spaces for stores and gardens, offering occupants a true urban oasis in the heart of Lagos.
Construction of LakePoint Towers is currently underway and much of the exterior façade has already been completed. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the year, delivering a new landmark in the Lagos commercial building scene.
Located on prestigious Banana Island, LakePoint Towers fits perfectly into the context of this upscale residential region. The developers, Lakepoint Limited, along with other partners, are also responsible for the Lakepoint Apartments project, a luxury residential complex located at the entrance to Banana Island, thus confirming their commitment to raising the level of architecture and lifestyle in the region.

The project was entrusted to ECAD Architects, which since its founding in 1995 has continued to provide architectural services in a variety of disciplines, including residential, industrial, recreational, commercial, health, hospitality and education.
The firm is led by a team of talented professionals with a combined work experience of more than 52 years. Over the years, the firm has been able to uniquely position itself in the Nigerian real estate market and therefore has been entrusted with various jobs involving the design and execution of various projects, demonstrating exceptional quality work. Silverbird Emporium, Silverbird Cinemas, and Shopping Mall are just a few of the projects she has been entrusted with.
