Accra, the dynamic capital of West Africa, recently expanded its skyline with the addition of a remarkable eco-sustainable commercial building: the 335 Place. The project, a collaboration between K3 Alu Products and AZA, is a model of integrating cutting-edge design and functionality.
With its 13 floors rising with grandeur, 335 Place stands out for its sustainability and innovation features. The first four floors are protected on the south side by a sloping ventilated façade, intentionally designed to optimize solar control and promote efficient air circulation within the parking garage, which offers 385 parking spaces.
Spanning 9,985 square meters, 335 Place is strategically located in the urban fabric of Accra, just 1 km from the Fiesta Royal Hotel and 2 km from the Accra Mall, making it a central hub for business and commerce.
The facility is the first commercial building in the Accra metropolis with a green rating, cleverly integrating office space and structured parking. The 12 levels of leasable space are designed to meet the needs of the growing business enclave related to the oil, gas, and mining sectors.
In addition, 335 Place benefits from a prime location that ensures easy access to the Accra-Tema Motorway, an area that brings together major manufacturing, logistics and warehousing activities. Multiple entry and exit routes ensure a direct connection to the Tema Metropolis.
In terms of sustainability, 335 Place sets a new standard in architectural design. The insulation units, consisting of large windows, meet the strict requirements of SANS 204 and SANS 10400, aiming to reduce energy consumption.
