In the heart of Brescia stands an architectural work that embodies the very essence of progress and innovation: the Futura Building Complex. Characterized by futuristic design and cutting-edge construction solutions, this building stands out for its grandeur and timeless beauty.
The Futura Building stands majestically, with a central unit exceeding 60 meters in height above ground. However, despite its grandeur, this building fits harmoniously into the urban landscape thanks to architectural choices that soften its visual impact and make it unique.
With more than 5,500 square meters dedicated to high-end apartments and offices, the Futura Complex represents an oasis of prestige and modernity in the heart of Brescia. The two towers, the highest of which spans 12 floors, offer breathtaking views of the city, while the interiors feature state-of-the-art technical and functional solutions.
The Futura Complex is the result of the work of Engineer Enrico Fermi, together with the design and construction team led by Campana Costruzioni. Thanks to their expertise and passion for architecture, it was possible to create a work destined to become an icon in the Brescia skyline.
One of the distinguishing features of the Futura Complex is the use of state-of-the-art construction solutions and materials. The ventilated facades, made by AZA, feature an innovative design, with opaque glass sheets covered with a colored interior film. These surfaces not only give the building a clean, modern appearance, but also require minimal maintenance, thus ensuring unparalleled durability.
The Futura Complex was built in full compliance with the latest earthquake and environmental regulations. Thanks to high technological integration and the structural use of glulam, this building stands out for its safety and sustainability. In addition, the covered parking lot with precast concrete structure and the commercial plate help ensure effective logistical interconnection and optimal use of available space.
