Located in the heart of Trieste, the ALLIA HQ project takes the form of a new architectural landmark, designed to integrate harmoniously into the urban fabric and meet the needs for sustainability and innovation of the 21st century. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Lombardini22, the complex stands out for its advanced design solutions, with particular attention to the façade system.
The multi-level building is designed to accommodate a wide range of functions: offices, retail spaces, and public areas. The project is the result of a holistic approach that combines aesthetics, functionality, and energy performance, laying the foundation for a sustainable, state-of-the-art urban development model.
The facades of ALLIAZ HQ represent one of the most significant elements of the project, having been built with criteria of maximum efficiency and innovation. The choice of materials, the design of the envelope systems and the integration of the latest technologies have resulted in a façade that not only defines the visual identity of the complex but also contributes to its sustainability standards. Some of the building's facades are "double skinned" with partial gradient screen printing for static but functional glare control.
One of the distinctive features of the facades is the use of large, high-performance glazing, which provides optimal natural light entry while reducing the internal heat load. This approach maximizes environmental comfort in interior spaces by reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning.
