Functional and Innovative Spaces
The Buzz City complex consists of four buildings designed to maximize the comfort and productivity of their occupants. The structures, made of precast concrete and high-performance glass, offer bright, flexible spaces, complete with raised floors and reversible ceilings. The rooms, spread over four floors, are connected by a system of walkways and pedestrian areas, while the ground floor of Block A will feature a restaurant to meet the needs of workers and visitors.
Technology and Sustainability
Buzz City was designed with a keen eye on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. The complex is equipped with an intelligent building management system, which allows tenants to monitor and adjust their resources in real time. In addition, the use of natural materials and the presence of green areas and rooftop terraces contribute to a comfortable and stimulating work environment.
