This lifestyle hotel is distinguished by its spectacularly deconstructed structure, which rises on a three-story podium. This project is notable for its unique exterior design. Instead of following the traditional shape of a large box, the base of the structure is an open space dedicated to commerce, while the hotel rises in a sleek tower. This architectural choice gives a sense of lightness and dynamism, making the building stand out among the city's other skyscrapers.

The hotel has entrances on both 29th and 30th streets, and appears to be a separate entity within the block, but with a broad façade across the block from neighboring stores. This arrangement creates a feeling of openness and space, and provides a welcoming urban atmosphere for visitors and guests.
