ERC Boston hotels

A hotel of design and innovation in the heart of Allston

Hotel ERC Boston is the name of a hotel project that will be part of the first phase of Harvard University's research and innovation campus, known as the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC), located in Boston's Allston neighborhood. It is a 15-story building with a glass facade that will house 250 rooms, a conference center, a restaurant and retail space.

The hotel was designed by the firm CetraRuddy, in collaboration with Tishman Speyer, Harvard's real estate partner for the ERC development. The hotel aims to be a place for guests, researchers, students, entrepreneurs and the local community to meet and exchange ideas, offering high-quality services and amenities.

The hotel is part of the ERC's 900,000-square-foot mixed-use development, which will include residential units, office and laboratory space, restaurants and stores, and more than two acres of green and public spaces. The ERC aims to create a hub for innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship, involving partners from around the world and contributing to Harvard's research and teaching mission, with a focus on issues such as climate, equity and health.
