TESTS

Performance testing of curtain walls

Ensure compliance with standards

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest quality and safety of the facades we produce, we perform a wide range of tests. Our team dedicated to organizing and carrying out the tests ensures that all required performance is verified.

Fire testing

Fire safety is paramount. We test facades for their ability to slow the spread of fire and maintain their structural characteristics during or after a fire.

Mechanical testing

The durability of facades is ensured by mechanical testing that subjects components to 5,000 or 10,000 operating cycles. Using robotic equipment, we test the continuous operation of the equipment.

Water tightness testing Air Water Wind

Water tightness is critical to ensure protection and comfort inside buildings. We conduct tests both in-house and at accredited and certified institutions, using different methodologies, depending on the requirements of the project.

Seismic testing

Seismic safety is a priority, so we perform tests to verify the ability of the façade system to adapt to building movements. We make sure that none of the elements come loose, providing essential protection in seismic zones.

Soft and hard impact testing

The strength of the structure is of paramount importance, so we make sure that all impact regulations are met. From glass impact tests, to cleaning platform impacts, to simulations of impact with a human being, we ensure that facades withstand all situations.

The importance of improving performance

The quest for ever-improving results is at the heart of every test we perform. In a world of ever-increasing climate, energy and safety challenges, it is essential to ensure that facades meet these requirements. Testing aims to push existing boundaries, delivering facades that meet the highest quality standards.

Testing is not just a formality, but a commitment to excellence and constant innovation. With increasingly high-performing facades, we ensure safer, more durable and energy-efficient buildings.
